Happy Birthday :-)

My stock of distress inks have reached to me finally and this is my first attempt of using it. Not easy for me. 


This is the new style of card I tried. Moreover first time stamped the sentiment. Not very comfortable yet. I inked the stamp and when I pasted on paper I got this result. No idea why so. Its not clearly came out.

I did not like it so I outlined the alphabets and add a bit glitter which again did not come out the way I wanted it to be :((((((((((((((((. 


Anyway first of all I have no idea from where I got the template, few days back only I simply hopping around and found it. I even forgot how it should have been folded :P. Later my husband came to the rescue and shaped it. But I loved this very much. Small card for any occasion.

I tied it with the ribbon even without ribbon it will not open up. Looks like a flower. I still need to cut robbon's corner :).

It is when opened, opens like a petal... beautiful. here again I stamped it but finaly ended up with glitter pen.

I have loads of old things which needs to be used properly. In Intial days I bought many things without much information which are not lying in my drawer. 
I loved it really. This is for my mom's Birthday on 9june. Today will be posted.

Frame your Moments

The day I saw Azlina's red flower frame I wanted to try surely. It took a month to complete this frame. Had been very busy these days. Loads of things are going on in life these days. I ordered loads of crafty things which are on my way soon. Just waiting to get them asap.

I loved this flower arrangement even without adding leaf and swirl. I kept it that way. Sweet simple and elegant.

 Planning to make 2 more to gift to someone specials.

How are you doing with blogging? I have been away for sometime. Now started again from today onwards. Today is 15may, on the same day in 2003 I had got placed in IBM. I remember this date always and celebrate as well. I had created many things during this time will share one by one. Today I made a card which is throwing some positive vibes. I can feel them actually.

This is the first time I worked with purple.

I made the same two cards... and am loving them.

I Love You For My Valentine

Hello Friends, its been a looooooooooooong time no posting from my side. Well had been busy in making cards for valentine's day order. It was 25 but could make upto 12 only..... have you ever felt when you try to do something for yourself there would be loads of obstacles come along... oh GOD I truely had this with me.

But anyway I was happy with my outcome. This card I dedicated to my husband on Valentine's Day.  I saw a joy fold card on Priya's blog , it was the first time heard of different style of cards. And this time I tried this. Though my measurement and style was for joyfold card but at the end something was done :)))))))))). But I loved it.

My husband also like it very much. Isn't this cute. In last year october I had saved loads of images on my system and this is one of them. Inside rose paper is sent by Priya di. Sentiment is cut from the paper itself and heart is a sticker from itsy bitsy.

Priya do tell me how did you like that, my different kind of joy fold card....

Celebration of Togetherness :)

After a long time blogging. Got stuck in many things in between. Yesterday on 12feb we completed a decade of togetherness. Before 10 years my husband proposed me. It was a very funny style of proposal we had. I made this card for him.

I found these digi images somewhere and printed as per the required sized. Colored them with glitter pen. I find very difficult using color pencils.

When gifted him he asked me "now kissing you will be expensive, all money will be transferred to your account :P".

This time I bought this heart corner punch and loved using that.

A Brand New Birthday Card

I tried this center step easel card this for birthday. I had bought few papers from Kavitha to make cards for my husband. But so far did not use them. Coming monday is my birthday so this card I made for myself and now am in love with this card. Kept it on my computer table.

Here sentiments are from my old greeting card, stickers are from local shops.

Die cuts are from RAK sent by Priya di. Girl is downloaded from internet and than colored with pencil colors.
